The museum is a great starting point for exploring Herdla with children. Here, you can pick up maps and get tips for both short and longer walks. For the youngest visitors, there is plenty to enjoy in and around the museum. Inside, there is a cosy play corner where children can have fun with games, books, and other exciting toys. They can also draw and explore their creativity, and there are toys especially suited to the youngest children. Everything is in place for play, exploration, and enjoyable experiences. For older children, a walk along Vestrefjæra or out to Ytste Valen can be an exciting adventure. One of our most popular activities is pedal car hire.
